If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in NEW condition, including all original hang tags attached and packaging. If the product needs to be returned due to manufacturing failure or oversight, please contact us right away to make things right.

RETURNING PRODUCT VIA MAIL
Online purchases require an Return Authorization Number (RA#). Contact for your RA# and shipping information. Return shipping is at the your own expense. The RA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipment.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size, we suggest you return the item using the RA# method above and place an order for the correct size/colour online right away as this will avoid delays. Once we receive the original item back, we will credit your original payment method.
RETURNING PRODUCT IN-STORE
Items purchased on VPO.CA can be returned in-store for EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you wish to have your original payment method refunded, the product must be sent back to the original store. (see the section above for further details).
If the product to return is due to manufacturing failure or oversight, please send us an email and we will direct you as to which store you need to return it to. If you're unsure, it's best to email us at with your order number. Wear and tear is not covered by any supplier warranties, but can often be repaired at a reasonable charge.
